Terms of Service
Last Updated: October 10, 2026
Welcome to the website of Trust Claims Consultants LLC ("Trust Claims Consultants"), a licensed public adjusting firm in the State of Florida. By accessing or using our website, located at www.trustclaimsconsultants.com, you agree to comply with and be bound by the following Terms of Service. Please read them carefully.
1. We Are Public Adjusters, Not Attorneys
Trust Claims Consultants is a public adjusting firm licensed by the Florida Department of Financial Services. We are not a law firm and do not provide legal advice. As public adjusters, we represent policyholders in preparing, presenting, and negotiating property insurance claims, as permitted by section 626.854, Florida Statutes. If your matter requires legal advice or litigation, we may recommend that you consult with an attorney of your choice.
2. No Public Adjuster Relationship Until a Contract Is Signed
The information on this website is for general informational purposes only. Your use of this website, including submitting information through contact forms, email, text message, or WhatsApp, does not create a public adjuster–client relationship with Trust Claims Consultants. That relationship begins only after you sign a written public adjuster contract with our firm that complies with Florida law.
3. Free Policy Review
Any free policy review or initial claim evaluation we provide is an informational opinion based on the documents and information available at that time. It is not a coverage determination. Only your insurance company can make a coverage decision on your claim, and the outcome of any claim depends on the policy terms, the facts of the loss, and the documentation available.
4. No Guarantee of Results
Case examples, testimonials, and recovery amounts shown on this website are intended to illustrate our experience. They do not guarantee or predict a similar outcome on any future claim. Every claim is unique and depends on its own facts, policy language, and applicable law.
5. "No Recovery, No Fee"
Our fees are contingent. This means you do not pay a public adjuster fee unless we obtain a payment on your claim. Our fee is a percentage of the claim payments covered by your contract, as stated in your signed public adjuster contract, and will never exceed the maximum fees permitted under section 626.854, Florida Statutes. You also have the contract cancellation rights provided by Florida law, which are described in your contract.
6. No Affiliation with Insurance Companies
Trust Claims Consultants is an independent firm and is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or acting on behalf of any insurance company. We represent the policyholder only.
7. Communication & Privacy
By providing your contact information (phone number, email, or address) through our forms, ads, or messaging channels, you consent to being contacted by a representative of Trust Claims Consultants regarding your inquiry, including by phone, text message, and WhatsApp, as described in our Privacy Policy.
-
Confidentiality: While we take reasonable steps to protect your data, internet communications are not 100% secure. Do not send highly sensitive information (such as Social Security or bank account numbers) through our web forms.
-
Deadlines: Do not rely on our website forms for time-sensitive matters. Insurance policies contain deadlines for reporting a loss, submitting documents, and filing supplemental claims. Contacting us through this website does not stop or extend any deadline under your policy or Florida law.
-
Privacy Policy: Our collection and use of your data are governed by our Privacy Policy above.
8. Prohibited Use
You agree not to:
-
Use the site for any unlawful purpose.
-
Submit false or misleading information about a property, loss, or claim.
-
Attempt to interfere with the proper working of the site or bypass any security measures.
-
Copy, scrape, or redistribute content from this website for commercial purposes without our express written consent.
9. Intellectual Property
All content on this website, including logos, text, graphics, photographs, and videos, is the property of Trust Claims Consultants LLC and is protected by copyright and trademark laws.
10. Third-Party Links
This website may contain links to external websites (such as social media, insurance companies, or government resources). Trust Claims Consultants is not responsible for the content, privacy policies, or practices of any third-party sites.
11. Disclaimer of Warranties
This website is provided on an "as-is" and "as-available" basis. Trust Claims Consultants makes no representations or warranties of any kind, express or implied, regarding the accuracy, adequacy, or completeness of the information on this site. Insurance laws and policy forms change frequently, and website content may not reflect the most current rules.
12. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by Florida law, Trust Claims Consultants shall not be liable for any damages arising out of your use of, or inability to use, this website or any information provided on it. This section does not limit our obligations under any signed public adjuster contract.
13. Governing Law & Jurisdiction
These Terms of Service are governed by the laws of the State of Florida. Any disputes arising from the use of this website shall be resolved in the state or federal courts located in Miami-Dade County, Florida.
14. Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Any changes will be posted on this page with an updated "Last Updated" date.
